This bike was likely imported by Robert Hansing of the Montrose Bike shop in California. Ideor bicycles were produced by Soc. Acc. Torello G. & C., based in Savona, Italy from the late 1940s to the early 1960s. Many of their bikes share characteristics of those produced by Olmo in nearby Celle Ligure. Ideor sponsored a professional cycling team in the 1950s, when its most notable rider was Frenchman Raphaël Géminiani.
